How did We Become Who We Are?
How did our journey begin, and where are we going?
Whilst growing up, we learnt from life experiences, and from those around us. We learnt ways to be, and ways to do things. We may have learnt to voice or not voice our needs. We may have picked up values that don’t belong to us. Perhaps we experienced suffering, sadness or loss during the early years, and built defence mechanisms for self-protection.

A quote by the German - Swiss poet, Hermann Hesse says: 'you are only afraid if you are not in harmony with yourself.' And, because time is the most precious thing we own, we need to use time to evolve with intention. Growing is part of nature, we need to allow self-development. I believe resistance to growth is what brings stress. Ever since childhood, I have been very curious about understanding:

Learning leads to inner connection and growth. We are all reflections of each other. In our sessions, I provide a confidential, gentle and safe space, where we connect deeply to look inside. At your own pace, we explore the layers that have formed over years, the parts of self that have been hidden, and the parts seeking to be seen and heard. I use different modalities and techniques with my experience and research, to guide you on thisjourney of openness, exploring and connecting. We find meaning, reasons, motivations, desires, values, needs and wants. By better knowing ourself, we become stronger. Our path begins to unfold.
