What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a guided meditation, during which, I take you on a journey toward your goal. It is a safe method to access your inner parts, and resolve or overcome a range of problems. For example, this can be fear of the dark, or fear of the dentist. We don't have to go to the scary event that caused you this fear. In Hypnotherapy, I guide you past the obstacle, all the way to a safe place, where you discover that you can live without this fear.
 
Hypnotherapy is not regulated in the UK. Always choose a Qualified Hypnotherapist, with whom you feel comfortable and safe. A Hypnotherapist is someone who is calm, attentive, works with integrity and is committed to your wellbeing.

  2. During your Hypnotherapy session, you simply relax and trust my voice to guide you. I will not ask you questions about your life or your opinions. You are in complete control. 

  3. If there is an emergency, you are perfectly capable of getting up and doing what is required. During your Hypnotherapy session you are awake and able to use your hands to say: Pause, Continue or Stop.
